“To see a World in a Grain of Sand And a Heaven in a Wild Flower, Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand And Eternity in an hour.” Fragment from "Auguries of Innocence" by William Blake
The universe, our galaxy, our solar system, the earth, your county, your house, the room your sitting in right now, your body are all worlds within worlds. Beauty is everywhere, in everything, and mostly importantly the apparition of it resides within you. In mysticism they fast from the things we sometimes take for granted, for example water. How often do you take the time to appreciate the water you drink? Many people on this planet still struggle to get enough clean water to simple survive. Many thousands of people die each day from dehydration. Yet I shower in water every day. We have so much to be thankful for yet many of us often focus on what we feel is missing.

“see heaven in a flower” why do we need to search? When you
“hold infinity in the palm of your hand” how can there not be enough time to do the things you want and/or need to do? When you can

“Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life” will explain further,
“Without going out the door, know the world, Without looking out the window, you may see the ways of heaven. The farther one goes, the less one knows.
Therefore the sage does not venture forth and yet knows, does not look and yet names, does not strive and attains completion.” Lao-tzu 4th/6th century BC
